BEHAVIORAL THEORY
Behavioral theories are derived to increase or to determine the behavior of leaders in a particular situation which helps in increasing the marketing potential. In behavioral theory it mainly focuses on social, physical and mental characteristics. This theory categorizes leaders according to task and concern with people. It also helps to retain or maintain lasting relationships with customers, it leads to generate revenue and also continuous purchase.
Behavioral leadership theory can be also explained as the scientific evaluation of actions of an individual in leadership roles which helps to adopt the pattern which impacts self and also the around the team members.
ADVANTAGES

SOCIAL CONSTRUCTIVISM
Social constructivism was developed by Lev Vygotsky in 1962. It is the combination of social learning and cognitive constructivism. In theory he explains that cognitive functions expand from people’s interaction with others, especially childrens or social interaction. He also shows the importance of culture and language. It is the method of transferring information between adults and children so he considers it as an essential aspect and also helps for intellectual development. Tools for adaptation of culture, beliefs and values are also considered in social constructivism.

ROLE THEORY
Role theory explains the consequences and occurrence of people acting out the social processes. Each individual acts typically in real life scenarios for achieving or setting goals.
